<p>Sometimes isolation in workout routines is good. It works great when it is a muscle imbalance and you are working out to make things look even. But why do you want to isolate the muscles if there is no imbalance? </p>
<p>You must know that you will get better results if you do the exercises and integrate multiple muscles groups in the same time. This is what I call: “turbo ab exercises”, and if they are done properly, these sometime unknown movements can deliver huge results incredibly fast! </p>
<p>The turbo ab exercises are done to train several groups of muscles in the same time. This routine will make the workout very efficient. They will work your entire body and they will help you burn out the fat that is now covering your muscles. Only after burning that fat you will be able to sculpt the abdomen. The isolated movements will never help you burn fat. The result will be a sculpted abdomen in no time. </p>
<p>Now let me show you some turbo ab exercises that can be easily done and they will train your entire body. </p>
<p>Power Wheel Pike – you will start this exercise in the push-up position. This means you will put the feet in Power Wheel. Never let the hips drop and move the wheel towards the hands and keel the legs straight at the same time. After that, return to the starting position. </p>
<p>It is interesting that this exercise is not done with you sitting on your back like other ab exercises. You will support yourself in the push-up position and this means you will work your triceps, chest, hip flexors, quads and other muscles in your body. </p>

<p>The rest periods &#8211; Keep rest to the minimum. The intervals must be 60 or 90 seconds short. Only in this way you will do a quality workout and you will get GH in your system. If you do long rest periods, then the effects will not be seen. </p>
<p>The rep range – You should do sets of exercises that range between 8-12 repetitions. With these reps you will increase the lactic level and this will release the GH hormone. </p>
<p>Sprint &#8211; This is a small little secret. I have used it with many of my clients and the results were fabulous. A short sprint workout will be perfect especially if you do six 30-second sprints. This will really peak the GH output. </p>

<p>It is a common thought that cats like to have feline companionship when they live indoors. But before you get the new cat here are some tips on how to bring that new kitten home and introduce it to the exiting cat.</p>
<p>The best time to bring the new cat home is when you will be less busy and you will have some time to spend with the two cats. Do not bring the cat home during holidays or when you have friends over. </p>
<p>The new cat must also be taken to the vet before introducing it to the other cat. Make sure the cat is properly checked and that it has no diseases. Also make sure it gets the right vaccines. You can choose a cat of the opposite sex because in this way you will avoid the sex rivalry that sometimes appears. You can also have your cats spayed/neutered. </p>
<p>You can also bathe the cat at your friend’s house. This way you will prevent unsettling the existing cat. A small period of isolation is also proper. If you can, take the kitten into another room before introducing it to the other cat. Get the new cat its own food and water bowls and also its own litter box. This way it will be much more comfortable for both cats. If the cat is shy, it will try to hide under the bed or table for some days. If the cat is courageous, it will start to explore the new home. Never try to force the cat to get out and meet the other cat. Let things happen naturally. </p>
<p>Also let the kitten explore the new home at peace, while the other cat is in the other room. You can also bring the new kitten’s blanket to the older cat and let it sniff it a few times. This way the older cat will feel comfortable with the idea of a new cat. After introducing the two cats, let them spend some time together, little by little: a few minutes one day, a few hours the next day. </p>

<p>Here are the four basic steps of Advanced Burpee.  </p>
<p>1. Put one shoulder down and stand on it. Then squat down and put the hands on the ground in front of the feet.</p>
<p>2. After that you will have to kick back the feet and, at the same time, lower the chest to the ground.</p>
<p>3. You will also have to push your chest away from the floor and thrusting your legs back up into the squat position. Keep the hands still on the floor.</p>
<p>4. You will finish the exercise by jumping up in the air. When you are landing, simply drop back down into the squat position and repeat the exercise. </p>
<p>How many times you have to do that? There are many ways to integrate this exercise among others. You can set the stopwatch for five minutes. Then do as many Advanced Burpees as you can in that five minute period. Try to push yourself and do not be lazy. When the time period is over count how many reps you did. When you are repeating the exercise the next day, try to do one more rep than the day before and exceed your limits. When you will not be able to add any more reps it means you have to change the workout. </p>

<p>You should know that the basic crunch exercise is only a beginners training exercise that has the sole purpose of building some body resistance. If you do about 50 to 100 crunches you will get stronger and be able to stand more exercises but your abs will not become perfect only by doing that. </p>
<p>Also, the crunch movement only works the abs when you do trunk flexion. But the trunk flexion is only one movement from the whole and complete abdominal exercise from a perfect ab routine. In conclusion, you will never get the perfect abs by simply doing one single routine. You have to do several exercises as part of a routine. This can be confusing but in time you will get the hang of it. </p>
<p>There is no need for an anatomy class but this article will be about figuring out the best set of ab workouts. Here are some exercises that do not need any equipment and they are ideal for training the abs. </p>
<p>Here they are: </p>
<p>1. 3&#215;20-25 Reverse Crunch On Floor and then 30 sec to rest</p>
<p>2. 3&#215;12 (5sec hold) Straight Body Side Crunch on Floor and then 30 sec to rest</p>
<p>3. 3&#215;60 Plank and then 30 sec to rest</p>
<p>4. 3&#215;20-25 Seated Russian Twists With Leg Cycle and then 30 sec to rest </p>
<p>And here is also a detailed description of how to do each exercise: </p>
<p>Reverse Crunch on Floor- Simply sit on your back on the carpet or mat. Flex the knees and hips to a fix 90 degree angle. Then bring your knees toward the chest by flexing the abdominal muscles. Make sure to keep a constant knee angle. After that return until the hips and knees are extended to 90 degree angles. Repeat the movement according to the plan. </p>
<p>Straight Body Side Crunch on Floor- On the mat, lie on your side and keep the hands straight out above your head, in perfect line with the body while the legs are straight. Lock the hands together and, simultaneously, raise the arms and legs up so that neither of them are above the floor. Hold the position for the prescribed seconds. </p>
<p>Plank- On your forearms and toes support the body and keep the abs really tight. Do not let hips sag and hold the position for the prescribed seconds. </p>
<p>Seated Russian Twists with Leg Cycle- On the mat, cross your arms across your chest and grab the opposite shoulders. Lean back to a 45 degree angle to the floor and easily rotate the trunk to the right while bringing the right knee towards your chest. With the left elbow, touch the right knee. Do the same on the other side for the prescribed number of reps. A full rotation equals one rep. </p>
<p>This is the simple way to have a great ab workout routine that you can do 2-3 times per week for up to a month, without any equipment.  </p>
